Orders can be placed by phone or fax from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. To insure availability and avoid additional shipping costs, please place your order well in advance of your event date. We'll make every effort to accommodate last minute orders, but the earlier you can place the order, the better we are able to help.

Creative Coverings Ordering Process

• Placing your order: Upon placement of an order via phone or Fax, we will send you a Linen Rental Proposal.
• Confirming your order: A signature is required on the Linen Rental Proposal, so this document must be returned to Creative Coverings for the order to be confirmed.
• Shipping and timing: The shipping carrier and estimated time of linen arrival will be noted on your invoice.
• Returning linens: Return shipping is made easy by Creative Coverings. We include large canvas bags with return shipping labels.
