My Creative Coverings swatch book is missing pieces; I lent them to clients. Can I get a refill?
Yes. We’re happy to send you your missing pieces. And thank you for sharing them with your clients! Either contact us by phone with the missing swatch information or email the request to us at

Can I get full-size samples of the table linens before I order?
Yes you can. We don't charge for a single sample but we do charge for shipping of the sample. To place your order for the sample you need, call us at our toll-free number, 877-410-6367 or our local number Reno/Sparks number; 775-359-6733.
How do I figure out what sizes the tablecloths come in?
With so much information on a page, sometimes some of it will get ‘lost’. The information you seek is on the Website and in the swatch book. On the site, available sizes and linen types are listed under the selections. You’ll also find our “Sizing Chart” on our order page.
About Ordering
How and when can I place an order?
We’re here to help you with your order and place an order anytime from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time (Standard and Daylight, depending on time of year).
Orders can be placed toll-free by phone at 877-410-6367 or fax 775-355-9204. We are also available by phone at 775-359-6733.
How long before the event do I need to place my order?
To insure availability and avoid additional shipping costs, please place your order well in advance of your event date. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your timing, but we do need time to get your order to your door. We’ll note the shipping carrier and estimated time of linen arrival on your invoice.
Do you send me a confirmation?
Yes, indeed. Upon placement of an order, we will send you a Linen Rental Proposal. A signature is required on this proposal and must be returned to Creative Coverings for the order to be confirmed.
How do I get the linens shipped back to you?
Return shipping is made easy by Creative Coverings. We include large canvas bags with return shipping labels. The round trip shipping charges will be included on your invoice.
What’s the Creative Coverings policy on damaged or lost linens?
Generally the same as anyone in the industry. We include all the details in every new order confirmation and rental contract.
